The Site Manager supports Enel North America?s renewable energy projects, including wind and solar, as part of the Owner?s Representative team. This role reports to the Area Construction Manager and... Head of Construction NA and is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities. The Site Manager ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with design and quality standards. They act as the primary point of contact on-site, managing contractors and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the construction phase.Compensation: $80/hr to $84/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
