Additional tasks will include:- Work hands-on in our Golang services ? improving reliability, observability, error handling, and code quality- Establish backend engineering standards for our Go codebase: structure, logging, error modeling, testing patterns, API and GraphQL contract discipline- Drive adoption of those standards across product engineering teams through pairing, code review, documentation, and direct mentorship- Partner with the Solutions Architect to implement integration improvements ? ensuring backend services hold up their end of the API and GraphQL contracts consumed by our web and mobile clients- Instrument and monitor backend service health using DataDog ? structured logging, distributed tracing, dashboards, and alerting- Contribute to infrastructure standards in collaboration with Platform Engineering ?
