Governance is particularly important during times of excess and times of scarcity because that’s when you’re faced with the toughest decisions as a company. In a year when the staffing industry faced unprecedented headwinds and many of our peer companies laid off employees, we kept our people, invested in their training and development, continued to provide free mental health counseling, kept the spotlight on our Shared Values through our Titan rewards program, and honored our philanthropic commitments to be true to who we are.
