A client in the St. Pete, FL area is looking for a reliable and skilled Plumber to join their team for a 6 month-contract-to-hire opportunity. As a plumber, you?ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in patient care areas, labs, and kitchens. Additionally, this candidate will perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders and emergency plumbing issues. Lastly, they?ll collaborate with maintenance technicians and other tradesmen to ensure facility readiness. Responsibilities:? Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, providing timely and professional support.? Manage and monitor client reporting schedules, deliverables, and operational processes.? Analyze reports, account data, and exception reporting to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.? Ensure the accuracy and quality of client-facing documentation and reporting.? Coordinate with internal departments including Operations, IT, Finance, Audit, and other business units to support client initiatives and resolve issues.? Communicate process updates, system enhancements, and operational changes to stakeholders.? Track and escalate client concerns, risks, or service issues as needed.? Support special projects and client-driven initiatives.? Review operational workflows and account inventories to ensure alignment with client objectives.? Manage exception reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.? The Data Quality Analyst / Databricks Implementation Specialist plays a key role in advancing the company?s enterprise data governance and Databricks Lakehouse strategy. This role partners closely with business data stewards, data owners, and technical teams to translate business data requirements into governed, high-quality datasets within Databricks Unity Catalog. The analyst will support domain onboarding, develop and operationalize data quality rules, perform profiling and analysis, and help implement enterprise standards for metadata, lineage, and semantic consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality & ProfilingDevelop, document, and maintain data quality rules for critical data elements (CDEs).Perform data profiling, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis.Partner with data stewards to validate definitions, thresholds, and business rules.Monitor and report on data quality metrics and remediation progress.Databricks Unity Catalog ImplementationSupport Unity Catalog rollout across domains, including catalog structure, tagging, and metadata standards.Assist with onboarding domains into the Bronze ? Silver ? Gold architecture.Ensure lineage, ownership, and quality rules are embedded into Databricks pipelines.Help implement domain-aligned access controls and sensitivity tagging.Collaboration with Data Stewards & Business PartnersWork directly with business data stewards to understand data requirements and quality expectations.Translate business meaning into standardized CDEs and steward-approved metadata.Facilitate working sessions to align on semantics, domain boundaries, and data product requirements.Support consistent governance practices across domains.Metadata, Lineage, and Catalog ManagementMaintain high-quality metadata in the enterprise data catalog.Ensure CDEs, KPIs, and domain terms are accurately documented.Validate lineage from raw sources through refined layers.Data Analysis & Issue ResolutionInvestigate data issues raised by business users or downstream consumers.Perform impact analysis for schema changes or quality rule updates.Support remediation efforts with engineering and business teams.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
