Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Home Health Scheduler to join a large regional health system in North Florida. This individual will coordinate schedules for home health providers, manage patient appointments, and ensure timely delivery of care. Responsibilities include communicating with patients regarding scheduling changes, balancing provider availability and geographic coverage, and adjusting schedules to accommodate cancellations and urgent needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service and supporting quality patient care.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in home health scheduling, healthcare coordination, or a related healthcare administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage high-volume scheduling and changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
