Insight Global’s client is a designer and manufacturer of parts for the DOD. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to come support their team in Naples, FL. This role provides deep electrical expertise, supports cross-functional design efforts, and ensures that electrical considerations are fully integrated into product development. The Principal EE plays a key role in evaluating requirements, guiding design decisions, developing test methodologies, and resolving complex technical issues across the organization.This position is hands-on, collaborative, and central to maintaining electrical engineering excellence within a team where electrical expertise is limited.Essential FunctionsElectrical Technical Leadership? Serve as the primary electrical engineering resource for a multidisciplinary team, providing expert input during design discussions, reviews, and troubleshooting.? Guide Mechanical Engineers on electrical design intent to ensure proper integration into electro-mechanical assemblies.? Provide high-level technical insight to support sound engineering decisions across programs.Requirements Analysis & Feasibility? Review customer requirements to determine electrical feasibility, identify risks, and recommend alternative approaches.? Support quoting and early-stage design by validating assumptions and identifying electrical challenges.? Collaborate with Engineering Management and program teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with product capabilities.Electrical Design & Integration? Lead the development of electrical designs, including circuits, PCBs, flex circuits, wiring, and test fixtures.? Apply advanced electrical theory (transmission line behavior, signal integrity, power analysis) to ensure robust performance.? Evaluate how existing products can be adapted or modified to meet new customer needs.? Ensure electrical considerations are properly incorporated into mechanical designs and manufacturing processes.Testing, Validation & Documentation? Develop comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Design Validation Test (DVT), and qualification test procedures that directly verify customer requirements.? Support test execution and assist the Test Lab in troubleshooting and interpreting results using advanced measurement tools.? Produce complete and accurate engineering documentation, including schematics, BOMs, compliance matrices, and technical reports.R&D, Troubleshooting, & Continuous Improvement? Lead R&D efforts to enhance existing products or develop new capabilities based on customer needs and emerging technologies.? Serve as a key technical resource when issues arise during design, build, or testing phases.? Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for complex electrical or system-level issues.? Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and test methodologies.Cross-Functional Support? Provide electrical expertise to Manufacturing, Sales, Quality, and customers as needed.? Support production builds, installation, and operational testing to ensure conformance to specifications and regulatory standards.? The Capacity Analyst is responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing ambulatory provider scheduling templates across the enterprise. This role partners closely with Capacity Management, patient access leadership, clinical leaders, and providers to improve patient access, provider utilization, and overall operational efficiency. By leveraging Epic scheduling tools and access data analytics, the Capacity Analyst drives improvements that enhance both provider productivity and the patient experience.Scheduling & Template ManagementDesign, monitor, and maintain ambulatory provider scheduling templates in alignment with enterprise standardsEnsure high-quality scheduling infrastructure, including visit types, appointment slot designations, and decision tree toolsAnalyze and validate scheduling templates for accuracy, appropriateness, and readiness prior to releaseCapacity Optimization & AnalyticsReview provider schedules and utilization data to identify opportunities to improve access and productivityUse Epic reporting tools, Template Advisor, and Access Data Analytics to conduct quality assurance and performance reviewsApply performance improvement recommendations based on access and utilization metricsCollaboration & Stakeholder SupportPartner with Capacity Management, patient access teams, clinical and operational leadership, and providers to remove barriers to patient accessServe as a subject matter expert for scheduling, template design, and access optimization for assigned departments or specialtiesFacilitate provider onboarding by configuring scheduling applications in Epic, including visit types, durations, locations, and templatesPolicy, Compliance & GovernanceAssist in developing and communicating policies and procedures related to scheduling and provider templatesEnsure all scheduling builds comply with organizational standards, guidelines, and departmental policiesEscalate unresolved issues or negotiations to leadership when necessaryAuditing, Reporting & Tools MaintenanceConduct audits and reviews of scheduling infrastructure, including templates and decision treesMaintain and update team tools such as dashboards, template libraries, and SharePoint resourcesProvide investigative findings and reporting insights to support decision-makingWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. This role supports our client?s population health programs by helping the organization succeed in value based care initiatives. Each day, the analyst pulls and analyzes data from systems like Epic, Databricks, SQL, Excel, and payer files to understand trends in cost, quality, and patient outcomes. They build Power BI dashboards, prepare reports, and support meetings with clinical, business, and IT teams.
