Job Description
Insight Global is partnering with a growing retail pharmacy in Evanston, WY to hire an additional full-time Staff Pharmacist. This is a great opportunity for both experienced pharmacists and new graduates who enjoy a fast‑paced, patient‑facing environment.
This pharmacist will initially focus on the retail front of the pharmacy, counseling patients and managing prescription dispensing, with structured training provided to transition into non-sterile compounding if interested. The pharmacy has an onsite compounding lab, shipping medications to 17 states.
Key Responsibilities
-Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications
-Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and therapy management
-Provide excellent customer service and patient interaction in a retail setting
-Collaborate with healthcare providers to support optimal patient outcomes
-Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff
-Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
-Assist with clinical and wellness initiatives as needed
-Participate in training for non‑sterile compounding operations

Required Skills & Experience
-PharmD license in good standing
-Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment
-Open to obtaining a Wyoming pharmacist license if not currently active
-Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of patient interaction
-Open to new graduates
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Prior retail pharmacy experience
-Non‑sterile compounding experience (preferred, not required)
-Full training provided for compounding
