The Business Analyst is a key member of the solution delivery team, partnering closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned to business strategy. This role is responsible for understanding business needs from an end‑user perspective, translating those needs into clear, actionable requirements, and ensuring solutions are effectively designed, tested, and delivered in an agile environment.
Insight Global is looking for Business Analyst that will serve as a liaison between business and IT, supporting both project‑based initiatives and ongoing operational needs, with a strong focus on process efficiency, system effectiveness, and regulatory compliance within MPL insurance products.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery methodologies
Strong understanding of user acceptance testing and quality assurance practices
Working knowledge of insurance concepts and policy administration systems preferred
