Electrical Engineering Liaison

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Liaison to serve as the primary connection between engineering and production, helping keep projects moving efficiently and accurately on the shop floor. In this role, you will support production teams by answering installation and design-related questions using established Trachte standards and engineering procedures, while partnering closely with engineers to clarify or escalate more complex technical issues as needed. You will verify materials and replacement parts to ensure they meet job-specific requirements, maintain and distribute updated print revisions so teams are always working from the latest information, and document recurring material or design issues to support training and continuous improvement efforts. This position plays a critical role in promoting a positive, safety-focused environment through clear communication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to high-quality workmanship. PayRate 35-42/hr.

• State of WI Journeyman License Required
• 5 plus years of experience in the electrical field preferred
• You have experience working with electrical systems through design, installation, or field-based roles, and are comfortable interpreting drawings, specifications, and standards.
• You bring a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

• Formal technical education, electrical licensing, or experience as an Electrical Designer, Journeyman, or Engineer is a plus.
• You’ve worked in collaborative, multi-functional environments and enjoy serving as a point of connection between teams.
• You’re organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple questions, updates, and follow-ups throughout the day.
