Job Description

This role is responsible for warehouse coordinator will be managing inventory, ordering parts, working with technicians scheduling, some dispatching as well. There will be minor support for packages, while you are working in an office documenting and keeping things in order for all warehouse materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED; 3+ years of administrative experience in sales or service industries; ERP system familiarity preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis and interpretation.
• Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills; ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Operational Skills: Dispatching, scheduling, and paperwork management.
• Work Environment: Standard office setting with moderate noise levels.
