Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with a focus in Warehouse Management (WM) to support a growing operations and engineering-driven organization. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and improving SAP warehouse processes, partnering closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support ongoing system enhancements.
This role is highly hands-on and will require both functional and technical involvement, including on-site support, configuration, and process design. The ideal candidate brings strong SAP WM experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to take ownership of system improvements and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain SAP WM functionality within warehouse operations
Troubleshoot system issues (including hardware integrations such as scanners) and provide on-site resolution
Design, configure, and implement process improvements within SAP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and IT
Assist in planning and supporting future SAP enhancements, including potential S/4HANA implementation
Act as a key resource for system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide hands-on support for warehouse system users and ensure operational efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
- Ability to configure, design, and implement SAP solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both functional and technical environments
- Experience supporting warehouse operations and related systems (e.g., scanners, inventory tools)
- Proven ability to work onsite and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or involvement in implementations)
-Background in multiple SAP implementations or system upgrades
-Experience balancing both functional and technical SAP responsibilities
