Job Description
The Intake Processor supports a division of a retail company that is responsible for providing building materials quotes for residential and commercial builds and renovation. This Intake Processor with be receiving customer quote requests via email, capturing required project details, and uploading/organizing blueprints and supporting documents into internal systems for the estimating/quote team. This is a high-volume, repetitive, process-driven role focused on accuracy, organization, and timely routing of requests so estimators can produce material estimates and customer pricing for new home builds and remodeling projects.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a structured workflow, and able to manage multiple requests at once. Experience in construction, home renovation, building materials, or lumber is a plus, but not required.
This is not a remote position and will require you to go into the office 5 days a week in Vancouver, WA. Pay rate: 18-25/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
At least 2 years experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, data entry, or coordinator role.
• Background in home renovation, construction, building materials, lumber, or estimating support.
• Familiarity with blueprint/plan sets (architectural drawings, elevations, floor plans, framing plans) — even at a basic level.
• Experience handling document control, file naming/versioning, or quality checks.
Experience with shared mailboxes, ticketing/queue tools, or CRM systems.
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, high-volume environment with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple requests and prioritize by urgency and deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive preferred).
• Ability to learn internal systems quickly (CRM/ERP/quote platform).
• Clear written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work within established schedules.
