Job Description
Our client is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to support day-to-day treasury functions during temporary leave for a 3-to-4-month contract. This is a hybrid/onsite role in Vancouver, WA and the role is focused on maintaining core cash management processes, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of routine treasury operations.
This is a non-strategic, execution-focused role ideal for someone with experience in cash operations, payment processing, or treasury support who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. The role is all about supporting cash activity, resolving payment issues, and partnering with internal teams to answer banking-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Treasury Operations
• Support daily cash management activities to ensure continuity of treasury operations
• Monitor and track cash activity across bank accounts
• Follow established processes to support ongoing cash flow management
Internal Stakeholder Support
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams (including hospital stakeholders)
• Respond to inquiries related to:
o Bank transactions
o Cash activity and reporting
o Cost-related questions
• Provide clear, timely communication and escalate issues as needed
Payment Investigation & Issue Resolution
• Research and resolve failed or exception payments
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root cause (“finding the why”)
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
Cash Flow Forecasting Support
• Maintain and update an existing cash forecasting process
• Pull relevant data from systems and ensure forecasts remain current and accurate
• Follow predefined processes (no new model building required)
Banking Coordination
• Support coordination with banking partners and internal teams
• Assist with communication and follow-ups related to banking activities
• Collaborate with the parent company on treasury-related coordination
Reporting & Analysis
• Pull data and reports from banking systems
• Analyze transactions and cash activity using Excel
• Provide basic insights to support internal questions and decision-making

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–4+ years of experience in: Treasury operations, Cash management, Payment operations, Accounting and/or finance support functions
• Experience working with:
o Bank transactions and cash activity
o Payment processing or reconciliation
o Data analysis in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience using Oracle or similar financial systems
• Exposure to treasury or banking operations
• Experience supporting internal stakeholders or responding to inquiries
