Job Description
A client in the Pacific Northwest is looking for a Data Engineer to join their team! This position would be a full time direct hire role that will be three days onsite, and two days remote. In this position we are looking for a Data Engineer with strong experience working in the Microsoft Azure Cloud Stack. For current state of this team, they are using the Microsoft Azure Cloud Stack , they have a datalake and an enterprise data warehouse. In this role you would operationally support that stack and also work on building for project based work.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years as a Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Sr. DBA or similar
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Stack: MSFT Synapse for ETL, One Lake, MSFT Fabric, Managed SQL Instances
4+ years of experience with ETL Optimization, SQL Development, and operational monitoring and maintenance
Experience with Data Modeling concepts and Data Validation (Governance)
Strong communication skills and able to present architecture designs in front of groups, when needed
