Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a large-scale endpoint device refresh and end-of-life replacement initiative across multiple healthcare facilities in Oregon and Washington.

This individual will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate deployment teams, and ensure successful execution of device rollouts in alignment with client timelines and operational standards.

Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee 14 IT Deployment Technicians across multiple sites
-Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders for all operational updates
-Manage execution of device refresh activities including imaging, deployment, swap-outs, and asset tracking
-Ensure deployments stay on track with project timelines, site schedules, and go-live milestones
-Coordinate daily operations across locations (Roseburg, Pendleton, Tacoma, Silverdale, etc.)
-Monitor technician performance, attendance, and productivity
-Resolve day-to-day operational issues including scheduling conflicts, access challenges, and escalations
-Partner with onboarding and recruiting teams to ensure smooth ramp-up and staffing continuity
-Track and report on deployment progress, risks, and key metrics

Required Skills & Experience

-5+ years of experience in IT operations, field services, or deployment/project management
-Proven experience managing multi-site or large-scale rollout projects
-Strong background in device deployment / refresh (PCs, laptops, peripherals)
-Experience working in healthcare environments
-Ability to manage remote teams across multiple locations
-Strong communication skills with both technical teams and client stakeholders
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with endpoint modernization or hardware refresh initiatives
-Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking systems
-Previous experience supporting large healthcare systems
