Job Description
The Production Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the plant achieves its safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives. This role provides leadership and coaching to production supervisors and employees, and partners closely with Quality, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, and HR to support operational performance and customer satisfaction. The Production Manager drives equipment reliability, workforce engagement, training and development, production scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S principles. This individual is accountable for building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead production teams and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical degree preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
