Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a construction client of out in identifying a Superintendent/Construction PM for a direct hire opening they have. This person will oversee and manage all phases of Multi-Family renovation projects. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The average projects consist of 250 to 350 unit multifamily renovations.

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple job sites
• Lead all aspects of project execution: manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective completion
• Supervise on-site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce safety compliance
• Document and communicate project progress, milestones, and changes in scope
• Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation of change orders
• Maintain accurate daily reports, photos, and documentation using Construction Management Software
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing communication
• Collaborate with internal teams and remote supervisors to meet project goals
• Ensure submittals and RFIs are up-to-date and properly tracked

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on construction management experience in a field supervisory role
• Working knowledge of construction operations, including scheduling, contracts, and team coordination
• Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple sites daily

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• OSHA 10/30 Certification (Can get cert in first weeks if offered)
• Familiarity with Construction Management Software (BuilderTrend preferred)
