Job Description
· Manage the full lifecycle of Transition‑to‑Kindergarten (TTK) surveys, including distribution, response tracking, and analysis, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for school and curriculum teams.
· Develop, update, and maintain TTK family‑facing resources, including slide decks, online materials, and concise tip sheets that support families as children transition into kindergarten.
· Plan and facilitate parent/guardian engagement opportunities such as webinars featuring internal and external experts, highlighting topics related to kindergarten readiness, early learning, and alumni family experiences.
· Enter and maintain accurate student records in the student management system, ensuring alignment between enrollment data and internal student information fields.
· Create clear, user‑friendly training materials—such as one‑pagers, guides, and reference resources—to help school staff and families effectively navigate and use the student management system.
· Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Family Engagement, Curriculum, School Operations) to ensure TTK resources, data processes, and family supports are consistent, accessible, and continuously improved.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across alumni programming and student data processes, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience
-3-5 years of experience within coordination roles
-Background in any type of education is strongly preferred
-Student information management systems like Brightwheel, Procare Solutions, Famly, Lilio, Tadpoles, etc.
-Microsoft office tools
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Fluent in Spanish
-Experience in fast-paced environment such as a start-up
