Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support and enhance an enterprise Salesforce environment used by internal stakeholders across multiple teams. This role will focus on maintaining platform stability, resolving production issues, improving system performance, and supporting large-scale migration initiatives.
This is a highly impactful position that blends hands-on development with system reliability, technical modernization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance an existing Salesforce org, ensuring high availability and performance
Diagnose and resolve production issues across Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and automation
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to improve system reliability
Support Salesforce org migrations, including data migration, metadata refactoring, and integration updates
Ensure stability of business-critical workflows during and after migration events
Refactor legacy code (Apex, Visualforce, workflows) into modern frameworks such as Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow
Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe, consistent deployments across environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders, program managers, and engineering teams to plan migration timelines and minimize downtime
Contribute to system architecture improvements and ongoing platform optimization
Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, migration activities, and system design

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves
3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
Experience supporting production environments with defined SLAs
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real time
Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, APIs, ETL tools)
Knowledge of metadata deployment processes and org-to-org migration strategies
Experience working in complex, multi-team environments
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, SFDX, Copado, Jenkins, or similar
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses
Experience supporting Salesforce org migrations or large-scale platform transformations
Familiarity with Hyperforce migrations or cloud-based Salesforce infrastructure changes
Experience modernizing legacy systems (Visualforce → LWC, Workflow Rules → Flow)
Exposure to enterprise API ecosystems or custom integration frameworks
Experience working with globally distributed teams and enterprise-scale systems
Background in system documentation and process improvement initiatives
