Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Planning Project Coordinator to help execute an office space planning project. We need someone that can work independently and be able to strategize a plan for over 1,000 employees to move back into office while coordinating with movers and other coordinators to ensure of a smooth transition! You must be completely self-sufficient with strong communication skills, people management skills, and organizational skills. This project is a top priority and requires the up most of attention, we need flexibility and an individual who can get the job done while providing great customer service to everyone involved. Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of experience as a Project Coordinator planning, organizing, and executing relocation, space planning, OR relevant projects.
Able to get your hands dirty and have no problem lifting boxes for a minimum of 50 ibs.
Great communication and people management skills.
Proficient in excel and strong computer literacy within new systems.
Must have flexible availability in order to execute the project timeline.
