Pay Rate

$30 - $37 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

• Create planning documents, shutdown notifications, and impact communications for clinical and operational stakeholders
• Create and manage work orders; upload and track supporting documentation
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, confirm timelines, and support onboarding requirements
• Complete and track Safe Works documentation, including ICRA and Hot Work permits
• Plan and schedule technician support within defined hospital time windows
• Support urgent facilities projects (e.g., failing waste lines, leaks) impacting clinical units
• Provide administrative processing, documentation tracking, and policy driven workflow support
• Follow established job aids and hospital safety processes
• Communicate clearly with departments, facilities crews, vendors, and supervisors

Required Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with ICRA, Safe Works, and Hot Work processes
• Construction/facilities background
• Strong coordination and communication skills, especially around operational impacts
• Proficiency in:
o Outlook (email & calendar)
o Excel
o Work order management systems (Nuvolo / ServiceNow preferred)
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare facilities environment
