Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the vision, strategy, and execution of Advisory platforms, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve the client and employee experience.
Your Role and Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures for client-facing platforms.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, operational needs, stakeholder input, and delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technology partners, and development teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate complex business processes into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation requirements.
• Diagram process flows and workflows to guide design, development, change management, and adoption.
• Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and leverage platform capabilities to support product enhancements and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Salesforce, including an understanding of platform capabilities, data structures, workflows, and integration considerations.
• Proficiency in diagramming process flows and creating clear visual representations of business workflows.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and product documentation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, product management tools, backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify adoption barriers and support change management through training, communication, and process clarity.
