Our client is looking for innovative sourcing recruiters with a passion for customer service to join their talent acquisition organization focused on supporting senior level professional hiring.
We are looking for recruiters who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will drive the effort to find and attract talent for our teams by collaborating with Recruiting Business Partners (Client Leads), business leaders and HR. You’ll also take on a lead role in various projects that impact the recruiting team’s efficiency and strategies, strengthening our ability to hire quality, diverse talent.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years’ experience sourcing candidates for varying roles in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
-Strong ATS experience
-Dedication to a world-class candidate experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Previous experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft or Netflix
-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
