Job Description

A test development and delivery provider in Washington is seeking Healthcare Interpreters to support the Nurse Aide testing and evaluation process in Washington. This role provides accurate, professional, and impartial interpretation services for Nurse Aide candidates with limited English proficiency, ensuring fair, standardized, and compliant exam administration. Interpreters work closely with Senior Nurse Aide Evaluators, Nurse Aide Evaluators, Proctors, and test site staff to facilitate clear communication in accordance with Prometric and state requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Haves
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of fluency in required language
• Additional education or certification in interpretation or healthcare terminology
• Prior professional interpreter experience, ideally in healthcare, testing, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with Nurse Aide, healthcare, or long‑term care terminology
Fluency in English and at least one required additional language
