Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter for a top forestry and manufacturing client. This contractor will act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers, owning the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple regions and business units. The role supports critical hiring during an HCM platform transition and requires a proactive, creative recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong candidate pipelines, and help deliver top talent that supports sustainable operations and long-term business success.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience in corporate and/or agency recruiting
Strong sourcing skills (cold calling, creative sourcing beyond job boards)
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
ATS experience (Taleo strongly preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Manufacturing, industrial, or timber/forestry recruiting experience
Recruiting certifications (CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, PCR)
Experience supporting geographically distributed hiring managers
Comfort working in fast-paced, change-driven environments
Experience during HRIS/HCM platform transitions
