Job Description

You must be able to work independently and within a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks within defined timelines. Your primary duties will include:

Review and process closeout documentation submissions to the Global Library, ensuring compliance with established naming conventions and folder structure standards.
Experience with electronic document management systems (Procore/ACC FORMA/Workdocs) to support platform migration activities by preparing, validating, and transferring project files.
Evaluate document submissions against organizational standards, performing quality control checks for naming compliance, correct folder placement, and file integrity.
Apply document management standards, flag incomplete or non-compliant submissions and protocols.
Maintain and update project tracking tools for all content across a standardized folder structure.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on submission status and missing documentation.
Support lifecycle document processing from design-construction handover-operations.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of design/construction/operations experience with 2+ years of experience working with Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD
2+ years of experience managing and maintaining data resources in a document control or library environment
Excellent organization skills in archival & maintenance operations of project documents including an understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent Quality Management System experience
Experience with document management systems and cloud-based collaboration platforms
Ability to work within defined SLA timelines and manage ticket-based workflows
Proficient in construction drawing classifications (CD, IFC, Shop drawings, Redlines, As-Builts)
