Job Description

Senior development leader responsible for originating, structuring, and advancing complex infrastructure and real estate-related opportunities across the Western U.S. Drives regional strategy, builds high-value pipelines, and leads pursuits from early concept through investment decision.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in business development, infrastructure, consulting, energy, or real estate
Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals or large-scale projects
Strong understanding of Western U.S. markets and key stakeholder ecosystems
Background in engineering, construction, energy systems, or large-scale development preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
