Job Description

Seeking an ADO Lead / Architect to design and govern the Azure DevOps ecosystem.
• Define ADO structure across projects, repositories, boards, and pipelines
• Establish governance standards including naming conventions, permissions, and branching strategies
• Align ADO capabilities to Agile workflows (Scrum, Kanban)
• Partner with leadership on rollout strategy and adoption approach

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience standing up ADO environments end-to-end (projects, repos, boards, pipelines)
• Strong expertise in ADO governance including naming conventions, permissions, and branching strategies
• Experience designing ADO structures aligned to Agile workflows (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience defining and standardizing development lifecycle workflows within ADO
• Experience partnering with leadership to drive tool adoption and rollout strategy
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Enterprise or aerospace experience
• ADO transformation or large-scale rollout experience
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tool integrations
