Job Description
The Production Operations Business Analyst is a key contributor to the stability, reliability, and effectiveness of enterprise production systems. This role partners closely with IT Operations, Engineering, SRE, and vendor teams to design and mature ITIL aligned operational processes, strengthen monitoring and event management workflows, and drive operational readiness for new and existing services.
The ideal candidate has hands on experience supporting real-time, high availability platforms with complex integrations, ideally within regulated, mission critical, or airline scale environments. This role blends operational process expertise, analytical thinking, and strong technical writing skills to improve service resilience, reduce incident impact, and enable consistent excellence in Production Operations.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in Production Operations, NOC, ITOM, ITIL/ITSM process analysis, or SRE-adjacent environments.
• Experience supporting real-time or high-availability production systems.
• Background working with or governing MSPs or outsourced operations teams.
• Strong technical writing skills, including SOPs, runbooks, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Event/Monitoring).
• Ability to analyze operational telemetry, incident trends, and monitoring data.
• Skilled facilitator with experience leading cross-team workshops, PIRs, and operational reviews.
