UKG Healthcare Productivity Consultant

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled UKG Healthcare Productivity Implementation Specialist to support the organization's ongoing UKG implementation, focusing on sustainability, maintenance, and process optimization for the UKG Healthcare Productivity (Dimensions) module. This role combines deep expertise in UKG Healthcare Productivity with strong experience in ERP implementation and sustainability frameworks. The ideal candidate will help lead process design, onboarding, and long-term system optimization while bridging technical and business perspectives for healthcare organizations.
Provide in-depth knowledge of UKG Healthcare Productivity functionality and best practices.
Configure UKG Healthcare Productivity toolkit and guide technical integration aspects.
Offer guidance on UKG Healthcare Productivity best practices and help close technical knowledge gaps.
Track project risks, open items, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Support release management and change management activities.
Create detailed process maps and system maintenance frameworks.
Assist with onboarding processes and user enablement.
Design sustainable maintenance frameworks and long-term optimization strategies.
Develop knowledge base (KB) articles and SharePoint documentation for self-service.

Proven experience with UKG Healthcare Productivity (Dimensions)
Experience supporting UKG Dimensions implementations
Proficiency in creating process maps and knowledge base (KB) articles
Excellent project management and documentation skills
Experience closing technical knowledge gaps with non-technical users
Experience supporting UKG user adoption

Knowledge of data hub and integration platforms such as Boomi
Experience with UAT and SIT testing, data configuration, & migration
