Job Description
Insight Global is hiring Level 3 Structural Design Engineers to support the 737 Airframe program onsite in Renton, WA. This role supports in‑production 737 aircraft by working with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve build flow, resolve design issues, and support production needs. The position focuses on metallic structural design (aluminum and titanium) for wing and empennage structures. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include supporting the build, managing product definition through PDM (Product Data Management) and Bills of Material (BOMs).

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace/Aeronautical, or Civil).
8+ years of aerospace structural design experience.
Experience with metallic aircraft structures (ex: aluminum and titanium).
CATIA V5 design experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Wing and/or empennage structural design experience.
Experience on commercial aircraft programs (737, 747, 767, or P-8).
