A former Hardware Engineer who transitioned into Technical Program Management, or a TPM with significant experience leading hardware engineering teams through the full lifecycle of consumer electronics products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on familiarity with coordinating electronics builds, including rigid and flex PCB development, and experience guiding hardware products from prototype through manufacturing and production. Audio technology and global manufacturing experience are highly desirable.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
Technical Program Manager (TPM) experience with a strong engineering background.
Previous experience as a Hardware Engineer or a TPM who has led hardware engineering teams through the end-to-end development and production of consumer electronics.
Proven experience coordinating complex electronics builds, including rigid and flex circuit board (PCB) development and integration.
Working knowledge of hardware design, electronics development, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing processes.
Proven track record managing complex hardware development programs from concept through production.
Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience working in product development, research, or engineering-focused environments.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and project scopes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting audio-related hardware products or technologies, such as telecom devices, smart speakers, hearing technologies, or wearable electronics.
Experience with consumer electronics development, including products similar to Alexa, Google Home, AR/VR devices, smartphones, or other connected hardware.
Familiarity with electronics assembly, manufacturing, and supply chain operations in Asia.
Experience at major technology companies such as Apple, Google, or Microsoft.
Familiarity with Asana, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
