We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Engineer to serve as the dedicated accessibility subject‑matter expert supporting Microsoft deliverables. This role owns accessibility testing and validation across documents, websites, client tools, and agent experiences, ensuring compliance with Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS).
This is a highly independent role requiring a self‑driven, proactive professional who can operate as the sole accessibility owner and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of experience in accessibility engineering, testing, or compliance.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Accessibility Standards (MAS).
Hands‑on experience with accessibility visual aid and assistive technology tools.
Proven experience testing Adobe Reader, PDFs, and file readers.
Experience validating accessibility across documents, websites, client tools, and agent experiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to function as the sole accessibility specialist on a program.
