Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient Project Coordinator to contribute to and oversee
the execution of our various projects. The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include
assisting in project planning, risk management, project documentation, and administrative
systems. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and problem-solver, who can handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure. This role is a 12-month contract to start, extensions possible. Hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) in Bothell, WA - Groton, CT - St Louis, MO or Andover, MA
• Project Management Support: Assist project managers in developing project
plans, objectives, and schedules to ensure goals are met within defined
parameters.
• Coordination & Communication: Organize, attend, and participate in project
meetings; communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients; prepare
presentation materials and reports.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate internal and external resources, assign roles and
tasks, and ensure projects remain within scope and schedule.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and
other project resources; ensure all project documentation is up to date and
accessible.
• Risk & Issue Management: Analyze risks and opportunities, report project risks and
outcomes, and escalate issues as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure relevant stakeholders are informed about
project status and issues that may impact client relations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
- 2–3 years of experience working in GMP environments (Pharma Preferred)
- Data Management Project Coordinator / Project Management Experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, science or related field (preferred)
