Job Description
Process and manage I-9 verifications and maintain compliance with employment eligibility requirements
Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
Support HRIS data entry and maintenance, including employee lifecycle changes (hires, transfers, terminations)
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records and documentation
Assist with audits, reporting, and other People Operations initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field
Hands-on experience with an HRIS system (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
