Day-To-Day:
Insight Global is seeking a field performing maintenance, repair, and system optimization tech for HVACR and mechanical systems. This role operates with moderate independence and is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues across a variety of environments including mission critical facilities, data centers, manufacturing, and commercial operations. With a primary focus in VA, MD, WV, and DC markets (targeted 90-mile radius), this position will also support national accounts as needed. This role serves as a key contributor to field operations while supporting junior team members and ensuring consistent service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
o 3–5+ years of HVACR or mechanical experience
o Working knowledge of controls components (relays, contactors, motor starters, control boards)
o Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and basic electrical systems
o Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVACR systems including chillers, CRACs, CRAHs, air handlers, compressors, and pumps
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills
o Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments
o Experience in commercial or industrial environments
o Working knowledge of controls components (relays, contactors, motor starters, control boards
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
o EPA Certification
o Universal CFC
