Job Description

The Quality Manager oversees all quality assurance processes within the plastics manufacturing facility to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications. This role leads root‑cause analyses, develops continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager also partners closely with production leadership to drive quality culture, reduce defects, and optimize operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably plastics.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Proven ability to lead audits, analyze defects, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with injection molding, extrusion, or other plastics‑specific processes.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or similar continuous improvement certification.
