Field Service Technician

Insight Global is supporting a client in their search for a Field Installation Team Lead to oversee on‑site execution of projects at customer locations nationwide. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role responsible for leading installation teams, interpreting project scopes in the field, and ensuring work is delivered safely, accurately, and to standard.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of on‑site execution directing installation activities for casework (illuminated and non‑illuminated signage, overhead rigging, kiosks, displays, trade show exhibits, and dynamic lighting systems)
- Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring crews remain aligned to scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Maintaining job site organization and safety throughout the installation process
- Protecting materials and finished work
- Ensuring sites are left clean and ready at project completion
- Overseeing final cleanup and material disposal
- Support internal operations by providing feedback on project readiness and assisting with facility or pre‑deployment needs as required
- Apply and continue developing basic troubleshooting skills related to digital technologies and assets

Compensation:
$90,000- $100,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- 2-5+ year experience in the millwork and/or install/dismantle (tradeshow or theater) installation industry
- Familiarity with direct view LED video systems and panels
- Professional demeanor, dress, and communication in client-facing roles
- Extensive travel required (200+ nights/year), including nights, weekends and extended assignments
- Ability to drive long distances with a clean driving record

- Experience within the entertainment industry (video, staging, and lighting).
