Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer who will be responsible for supporting, designing, and maintaining enterprise and operational network infrastructure across all U.S. and Americas sites. Responsibilities include day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, network design, upgrades, and lifecycle management across approximately 16 U.S. sites, with additional Americas locations being added. The role supports both enterprise IT networks and developing OT (Operational Technology) factory networks, ensuring proper segmentation, security, and performance.

This position can pay from $90,000-$115,000 based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

•6+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles within enterprise environments.
•Extensive hands on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
•Strong experience with network design, architecture, and documentation.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across multiple locations and ISPs.
•Firewall configuration, rule optimization, and VPN troubleshooting experience.
•Experience managing and supporting multi-site environments with external ISPs and vendors.
•Ability to plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and end-of-life replacements.
•Strong customer service experience with the ability to support and communicate with non-technical users.
•Must be able to collaborate with global teams, particularly Europe-based stakeholders.
•Willing to work on-site in Richmond three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Background or exposure to OT (Operational Technology) / industrial networks.
•Experience supporting manufacturing or factory environments.
•Knowledge of network segmentation between enterprise IT and factory OT networks.
•Experience with early-stage OT network development and rollout.
•Experience supporting network infrastructure in regulated or industrial environments.
