Job Description
Insight Global is searching for an Order Specialist to join one of their large telecom customers Public Sector team. This individual will be responsible for managing a high volume of order processing workflows across multiple AT&T systems, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all requests. They will also identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that reduce turnaround times. This position will be Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM ET.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience managing high-volume order processing in a telecom or enterprise systems environment with products such as IP Flex, AVPN, VoIP, ADI, POTS lines, and SIP Trunking
Hands-on experience with order management tools
Strong attention to detail with a track record of improving accuracy and turnaround times
Excellent problem-solving skills with experience identifying and implementing process improvements
Experience using MS Excel & Outlook
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with BVOIP products or similar telecom solutions
Background creating training materials (videos, SOPs, documentation) for broader team use
Prior experience in continuous improvement or operations optimization initiatives
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operations teams in a fast-paced environment
