Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Epic Analyst to support and enhance our Epic EHR environment with a focus on inpatient workflows and clinical research initiatives. This role involves system configuration, build, optimization, troubleshooting, and direct collaboration with clinical and research stakeholders to ensure Epic functionality supports patient care, regulatory compliance, and research protocols.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with Epic inpatient modules (such as EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, ASAP, OpTime, or Willow Inpatient) and enjoys working closely with operational leaders, clinicians, and research teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions. Salary ranging from 90k-105k

Required Skills & Experience

2–4+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst with hands-on inpatient module experience.
Current Epic certification or proficiency in one or more inpatient modules (ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, Willow Inpatient, OpTime, etc.).
Demonstrated experience performing Epic build, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Experience working directly with clinicians, operational leaders, or research staff to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate clinical workflows into technical needs.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting clinical research workflows within Epic (Research module experience is a plus).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to research billing, documentation, and compliance.
