Tanium SME

We are seeking a highly experienced and implementation-focused Tanium SME to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the Tanium platform across multiple modules. This role is critical to driving visibility, control, and security across our endpoint infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on delivering actionable insights and operational excellence. We can pay $70-90.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Tanium modules including:
Tanium Core
- Endpoint Management (ENDPT MGT PLUS CLD)
- Risk & Compliance (PLUS CLD)
- Incident Response (CLD)
- Training Bundle (TRG BNDL UNDER 5KEP)

- Architect and execute deployment strategies that align with enterprise security and IT operations goals.
- Build and maintain baseline reporting and vulnerability dashboards to benchmark against industry peers.
- Deliver configuration management views and ensure continuous compliance across all endpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement tactical remediation workflows based on real-time threat intelligence.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams on Tanium best practices and module utilization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Tanium’s capabilities.

-7+ years of experience in endpoint security and systems management, with a minimum of 2 years as a Tanium SME.
- Proven track record of successful Tanium implementations in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Tanium modules, especially Core, ENDPT MGT, Risk & Compliance, and Incident Response.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management, configuration compliance, and remediation strategies.
- Experience with cloud-based security integrations and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- experience in large scale Tanium implementations across global companies
