Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst / UAT Test Lead for a large healthcare client supporting Medicaid systems. This individual will play a critical leadership role in managing end to end testing efforts across MMIS and MES platforms, including COTS applications and complex data integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep Medicaid claims experience, strong Teradata skills, and a proven ability to lead UAT and defect triage across multiple vendors and teams. This role requires someone who is highly organized, technically strong, and confident communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast paced, large scale environment.
This position can pay 45-60/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in a Lead Systems Analyst / Test Lead role
• Medicaid MMIS / MES experience (Medicaid experience in other states acceptable)
• Extensive experience leading UAT, System Integration Testing (SIT), and End to End (E2E) testing
• Proven ability to manage large, multi vendor testing efforts
• Strong defect triage leadership and defect lifecycle management experience
• Hands on experience with Teradata (writing and validating complex queries)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
• Experience creating test cases, test data, execution metrics, and test summaries
• Experience using Azure DevOps as a test management and defect tracking tool
