Job Description
Lead and grow Cushman & Wakefield's Mission Critical / Data Center business. This person will be responsible for winning new work, building client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and helping grow the team across data centers, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, battery plants, and other advanced technology projects.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7-8+ years of project management experience
• Data center, mission-critical, or advanced technology project experience
○ MEP background
○ Industries they can come from:
§ Data Centers
§ Battery plants
§ Chip manufacturing
§ semi-conductor
§ industrial facilities
§ Clean room
• Strong construction management background
• System procurement / equipment buyout experience
• Experience leading large capital projects from planning through execution
• preconstruction and front-end project planning experience
• Comfortable being on-site in Richmond
Able to coordinate owners, contractors, vendors, and design teams
