Job Description
Lead day-to-day operations of a ~12-person project team, ensuring accountability, performance, and delivery timelines
Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, managing communication, updates, and reporting
Track and manage program metrics, including forecasting, productivity, and performance against KPIs
Oversee budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with program targets and profitability goals
Manage and coordinate subcontractors (e.g., land surveying vendors) to support project delivery
Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and reporting structures
Support program scaling as workload increases and additional projects come online
Program Scope & Growth
Current workload: ~10–15 miles/month of engineering/design work
Near-term growth: scaling to ~15–20 miles/month
Pipeline: +100 miles of additional work expected within the next 6 months
Annual program value: $2M–$5M+ and growing

Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience in project or program management within utilities, telecom, or related infrastructure environments
Proven ability to:
Lead and manage distribution or field-based teams
Drive performance metrics, accountability, and team productivity
Understand the technical scope of engineering/design or fiber/construction work
Strong financial acumen, including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Demonstrated career progression (e.g., Designer → APM → PM) preferred
Ability to operate independently in a client-facing, high-responsibility role
No degree required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects
Background in program buildouts or ground-up program development
Exposure to underground utility or residential infrastructure projects
