Insight Global is looking for a C2 Operator.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the C2 Systems Integrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NSWC Corona-supported LVC training events
-Support the integration of warfighting and simulation systems to enable Marine Corps training objectives
-Collaborate closely with the LVC Mission --Coordinator to identify and resolve technical and operational issues
-Assist in leveraging LVC capabilities to align with training program goals and mission requirements
-Provide recommendations on system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations to ensure alignment with technical standards
-Coordinate with MTEN, NCTE, and Joint LVC (JLVC) teams to support training event planning, execution, and system integration
-Participate in coordinating personnel, systems, and infrastructure required for both local and distributed training events
The target range is 55.28/hr - 62.50/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years relevant experience, OR
Master’s degree + 3 years relevant experience, OR
PhD/JD + 0 years, OR
High School Diploma + 9 years relevant experience
-Experience with military C4I systems, including operational integration and system administration
-Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve C4I system issues in support of live training or war gaming events
-Experience with Windows system administration
-Familiarity with virtualized environments, account management, and end-user support
-Experience implementing system upgrades, configuration changes, and security patches while maintaining operational continuity
-Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
