Required Skills & Experience
- VIRGINIA LICENSED CNA MANDATORY (At least 12 months experience)
-Parkinson's and Movement Disorders experience mandatory
- Virginia Resident Preferred for commute requirements
- Mandatory driver's license and personal automobile (no exceptions)
- TB Test Clearance Required. NO EXCEPTIONS
- This is care delivery in the private homes of individual clients, you are not responsible for 7 - 14 patients/clients.
- Must wear scrubs, mask, and badge during all working hour.
- Assist Clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Must deliver care and companionship as directed in Care Plan and detailed in the shift
task list.
- Position requires the ability to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals.
- Must have reliable personal transportation and have a valid Driver's License to arrive
at multiple assignments in a timely fashion
- Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly both verbally and in writing in
English
- Must have current CPR/First Aid Certification and current TB Test (within last 2 years)
