Job Description

Role Overview: The Lead Cable Cribbing Person is a senior cable handler who provides on-site leadership within the cable crib. This position works alongside the crew, setting the pace and technique for safely coiling a long fiber-optic submarine cable. Acting as the in-crib team lead, this person ensures each cable loop is properly laid and communicates directly with the Shift Crew Lead and L3Harris’s technical supervisor for any immediate adjustments.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial and marine operations that involve cable handling.
OSHA 10-Hour safety training
