Required Skills & Experience
Ability to read blueprints and communicate precision measurements
Conduct equipment measurements and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Willingness to participate in team meetings and contribute to production planning and shop efficiency
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without micromanagement
