Job Description
We are looking for a bilingual, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee daily warehouse operations!
• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries for roofing and construction materials
• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery tickets
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and material tracking logs
• Stage and prepare materials for upcoming projects and job site deliveries
• Communicate daily with project managers, superintendents, and field crews regarding material needs
• Manage warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate returns, transfers, and damaged material reports
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety requirements

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or construction material coordination
• Experience coordinating deliveries and inventory in a construction or roofing environment
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift, move, and organize construction materials as required
• Proficiency with basic inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license
